This book not only transformed me from being a couch potato into a decent 10k racer. It also gave me the motivation I needed to stay fit for the rest of my life. I lost 50 lbs just following Glover’s advice of weight management in conjunction with good exercising, and weight training. He also advised me into what type of shoes I needed for my running, my clothing and it also lured me to run my first marathon, which I thought was too much from what I needed. But I’m not afraid of not running one, one day. Who knows?
